The theme for 2026, “Strong systems, thriving teams,” focuses on practical, sustainable and systems-based approaches that support healthcare teams to perform at their best while maintaining wellbeing in demanding clinical environments. 

Our keynote speaker, Dr Tim Driscoll, Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Lead for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland) Outback Mental Health Team, will share insights from his extensive experience supporting and leading teams working in challenging and high-pressure settings.

Across the three-day meeting, our plenary sessions and workshops have been carefully curated to align with this theme, providing valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration and professional connection. We anticipate strong engagement from delegates who are deeply invested in improving both clinical systems and the wellbeing of healthcare professionals.
