Invitation to industry partners

We warmly invite you to partner with us from 26-28 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hobart, Tasmania for the Perioperative Medicine Special Interest Group (SIG) meeting.

The theme for 2026, “From Foundations to Frontiers,” reflects the breadth and evolution of perioperative medicine, from core principles of high-quality care through to emerging innovations shaping the future of the discipline.

This three-day meeting will bring together a highly engaged multidisciplinary audience, with more than 250 delegates expected. Attendees will include approximately 55% anaesthetists, 30% from other specialities including physicians, GPs, surgeons and intensivists, 10% allied health professionals, and 5% trainees.

The scientific program has been thoughtfully designed to address the full continuum of perioperative care. Sessions will explore the foundations of excellent perioperative medicine, advances in prehabilitation, delivering perioperative care in specific and complex populations, harnessing data to inform future practice, and strengthening patient engagement in the modern healthcare environment.

Through plenary sessions, interactive workshops and networking opportunities, the meeting will foster meaningful collaboration and knowledge exchange among clinicians committed to improving outcomes across the perioperative journey.

We welcome expressions of interest from industry who wish to contribute to an event that supports innovation, clinical excellence and the future of perioperative care. Should your application be successful, we look forward to partnering with you in Hobart, Tasmania.
